QA Automation Engineer (Salesforce Financial Services Cloud)

Role overview Build and maintain automated quality checks for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud applications. Working within agile delivery teams, you’ll help integrate automation into release pipelines and improve confidence in digital and CRM releases.

Responsibilities - Design and develop automation frameworks for Salesforce and CMS platforms. - Create and maintain regression, integration, and smoke test suites. - Integrate automated testing into Azure DevOps pipelines. - Run tests, investigate failures, and improve scripts for reliability and maintainability. - Coordinate with developers, QA, and DevOps colleagues to expand test coverage. - Support defect triage, root-cause analysis, and ongoing quality improvements.

Requirements - Degree in computer science or equivalent education or experience. - At least five years of test automation experience across three or more projects or roles. - At least five years of experience testing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. - Practical expertise with Python and Robot Framework. - Experience with Selenium and established automation practices. - Strong Azure DevOps experience for pipelines, test execution, and tracking, plus understanding of agile and CI/CD environments.

Nice to have - Salesforce-specific automation tools or frameworks. - BrowserStack or other cross-browser testing experience. - Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
