Responsibilities
- Apply exploratory analysis and behavioral data to surface trends, user needs, and innovation opportunities that influence the product roadmap. - Design, launch, and analyze surveys that capture sentiment, preferences, and attitudes across key user audiences. - Combine survey responses with usage logs to model how attitudes intersect with real behavior. - Build and communicate key insights to cross-functional partners in a way that drives action. - Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other researchers on upcoming product experiences.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a PhD program in statistics, psychology, sociology, applied sciences, computer science, or a closely related field. - PhD expected to be completed by June 2027. - Hands-on experience with survey methodology, including instrument design and survey data analysis. - Demonstrated command of descriptive, inferential, and multivariate statistics, along with experimental design. - Working proficiency in Python, R, or SQL. - Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to tell a complete narrative using data and connect analysis to real product or business problems.
