About this role
Role overview
Lead the strategy and end-to-end development of advertising measurement and optimization products on a large consumer platform. The role centers on turning identity, conversion, and measurement signals into products that help advertisers acquire new customers, evaluate incrementality, and improve bidding decisions across the funnel.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the multi-quarter roadmap for products that connect measurement signals with campaign decisioning, spanning acquisition, incrementality, and bidding optimization. - Build a comprehensive suite of performance products that drive incremental reach and measurable outcomes for advertisers. - Partner with engineering, data science, design, research, product marketing, sales, and partnerships to ship solutions with strong product-market fit. - Collaborate with legal, privacy, and policy teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements and remain durable over time. - Translate complex methodological concepts into credible, actionable, and scalable product experiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 3–5+ years focused on ads, marketing measurement, or adjacent advertising technology. - Demonstrated ability to define products and strategy in ambiguous problem spaces and execute from ideation through go-to-market and adoption. - Deep understanding of identity, first-party data, attribution, incrementality, experimentation, brand lift, conversion lift, and their tradeoffs. - Strong quantitative judgment and familiarity with how advertisers set objectives and evaluate outcomes across awareness, consideration, intent, conversion, and long-term value. - Experience partnering cross-functionally with engineering, data science, analytics, research, and product marketing teams. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience designing, running, or analyzing incrementality or lift experiments. - Familiarity with multi-sided platform economics and the tradeoffs between consumer experience and advertiser performance.
Benefits and work setup
- Base salary range of $164,695–$288,216 USD, plus equity eligibility (final compensation based on location, experience, and skills). - Flexible collaboration model; the role requires in-person collaboration approximately 1–2 times per quarter and can be based anywhere in the country. - No relocation assistance available.
