Application Systems Analyst III

Role overview Senior-level analyst position focused on leading the design, integration, enhancement, and ongoing support of complex enterprise applications and business systems. The role functions as a subject matter expert, providing technical leadership and strategic guidance across application portfolios in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities - Lead analysis, implementation, administration, and support for mission-critical enterprise applications and assigned application portfolios. - Provide strategic recommendations on application modernization, optimization, and lifecycle management, including evaluation of new technologies. - Develop long-term application roadmaps and ensure platforms meet performance, security, scalability, and availability requirements. - Direct application upgrades, migrations, modernization efforts, and coordinate software releases, deployments, and configuration changes. - Oversee system integration work spanning internal and third-party applications. - Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior Application Systems Analyst personnel.

Requirements - 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in systems analysis, enterprise application support, or business systems management. - Hands-on experience with Flexera FNMS (FlexNet Manager Suite). - Demonstrated experience leading enterprise application implementation and support projects. - Strong background gathering and documenting complex business and technical requirements. - Solid knowledge of enterprise application architecture and system integration patterns. - DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT Level II) certification. - Active Public Trust clearance; high school diploma or GED required.

Nice to have - Bachelor's degree. - Active DOD clearance. - Prior support of federal agencies such as DHS or USCIS. - Familiarity with platforms like ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SharePoint Online, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft. - Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
