Sr. Staff Fullstack Software Engineer

Role overview Build and ship full-stack applications that support access to innovative medicines and clinical trials. In this senior individual contributor role, you’ll work across frontend and backend development and partner with users, product, design, and engineering to deliver practical, high-quality software.

Responsibilities - Develop user-facing applications with React and supporting web technologies. - Build backend services and REST APIs in Python. - Collaborate with end users and cross-functional partners to shape and deliver product features. - Deploy web applications to AWS or similar cloud environments. - Make technical trade-offs that reflect product and business needs, breaking large efforts into incremental work. - Communicate technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Requirements - Strong experience with React and Python, including frontend fundamentals such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - A record of shipping consumer or enterprise software products. - Experience designing and building RESTful services and deploying web applications in the cloud. - Product-minded approach, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively across disciplines and explain technical concepts to non-engineers. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have - TypeScript, modern JavaScript libraries, or Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. - PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or DevOps experience. - Secure application development knowledge, including OWASP Top 10.

Benefits and work setup - Full-time, 40 hours per week, remote within the United States or Canada. - Occasional overtime may be required; travel for company meetings is expected once or twice a year.
