Role overview
You will own global product enablement and education within a product operations function, helping teams turn product changes into successful launches and customer value. The work spans launch readiness, learning programs, product content, in-product guidance, and adoption measurement, with close collaboration across product, marketing, support, sales, and regional teams.
Responsibilities
- Set global standards and governance for product enablement, launch readiness, and internal education. - Coordinate launch plans and change management so customer-facing teams can support new features confidently. - Build learning pathways, training, playbooks, and self-service knowledge systems for ongoing education and onboarding. - Own product content standards and lifecycle across tools and materials such as Jira, Notion, release notes, feature catalogues, and launch communications. - Guide the use of Pendo and in-product education to improve activation, engagement, and continued feature adoption. - Define measures for enablement, use product and customer data plus frontline feedback to find adoption barriers, and apply automation and AI to scale support.
Requirements
- At least seven years in product enablement, product operations, customer enablement, adoption, customer success operations, learning, or a related SaaS field. - Track record owning a cross-functional area and delivering complex product launches or change programs. - Experience building scalable education, knowledge, enablement, or digital adoption programs. - Strong product, customer, commercial, and analytical judgment, including the ability to connect product capabilities to customer and business outcomes. - Ability to influence senior stakeholders, align teams without direct authority, and communicate complex product ideas clearly. - Hands-on experience with a digital adoption platform such as Pendo and product analytics tools; comfort using AI and automation is also expected.
