Senior Business Travel Consultant - Night Shift /Remote

Role overview This is a senior, fully remote customer-care role focused on business travel, scheduled on permanent night shifts. The consultant handles bookings, amendments, and cancellations for corporate clients across European and domestic itineraries, while mentoring junior teammates and helping uphold service-level commitments. Initial training and occasional in-person events take place at a UK hub in Birmingham.

Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and car rentals, processing bookings, changes, and cancellations with high accuracy. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, maintaining a professional and friendly tone. - Suggest appropriate travel options based on client requirements and proactively maintain long-term relationships. - Monitor and service GDS queues, ensuring service-level agreements are met and customer service quality remains consistent. - Mentor and quality-check junior colleagues, supporting the Team Leader as needed.

Requirements - Proven experience as a Business Travel Consultant. - Expert proficiency with either the Galileo or Amadeus GDS. - Strong knowledge of air fares and ticketing. - Fluent written and spoken English with confident telephone manner. - Ability to work independently under pressure to tight deadlines, with a positive and flexible attitude.

Nice to have - Experience supporting a specific customer book (e.g., Click Travel accounts) where accuracy and service are prioritized.
