Fullstack Software Engineer RoR/JS W/M

Role overview Join a growth engineering team building and improving a public website and registration journeys for a financial software product. The role spans full-stack development, international expansion, automation, measurement, and rapid experimentation, with an emphasis on using technical improvements to support acquisition and conversion across markets.

Responsibilities - Build infrastructure for localized experiences, including multilingual journeys. - Develop AI-assisted tools and automated workflows for lead acquisition and personalized experiences. - Implement and improve visitor tracking so teams can turn usage data into actionable insights. - Create APIs that connect internal tools with external services in the financial technology ecosystem. - Deliver growth experiments such as A/B tests, white-label integrations, lead scoring, and acquisition funnel improvements. - Maintain and optimize the public website and registration flows for performance and conversion.

Requirements - At least two years of professional software engineering experience. - Strong Ruby on Rails skills. - Fluency in French and English, approximately B2/C1 level. - Comfort working in a changing environment and collaborating with data, sales, and marketing stakeholders. - Practical use of AI tools and automation to improve engineering speed and effectiveness.

Nice to have - Experience with Vue or Nuxt, PostgreSQL, and Git-based workflows. - Familiarity with analytics integrations or visualization tools, such as tag management, event analytics, or dashboards. - Knowledge of digital marketing, including paid acquisition, conversion optimization, or SEO; German is an additional advantage.
