Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and development of complex Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes and triggers, SOQL/SOSL queries, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and Visualforce. - Architect scalable automation using Flows and platform tooling, and design resilient integrations via REST and SOAP APIs and middleware. - Translate business requirements into technical designs, enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor other engineers. - Lead the design and implementation of AI-agent solutions on the Salesforce platform, including agent architecture, orchestration patterns, prompt design, and performance tuning, while establishing AI governance and security standards. - Drive Data Cloud integration and activation strategy, including ingestion, identity resolution, harmonization, calculated insights, segmentation, and real-time activation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems. - Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and ongoing optimization of system performance, data quality, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Seven or more years of Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and platform APIs. - Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, security models, Salesforce DX, and DevOps practices including CI/CD. - Hands-on experience with Agentforce or comparable Salesforce AI capabilities, including conversational workflow design and integration into enterprise processes. - Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data unification, identity resolution, segmentation, and real-time activation. - Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and partner with stakeholders on AI-driven automation opportunities.
Nice to have
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, with Application Architect or System Architect credentials viewed as a plus. - Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, enterprise-scale implementations, integration platforms, and event-driven architecture. - Familiarity with scalable design patterns and solution frameworks.
Benefits and work setup
- Full-time hybrid position with a published salary range of $145,000 to $160,000, influenced by skills, experience, and location. - Eligibility to participate in an annual incentive program, with additional benefits information available through the employer's published benefits resources. - Applications accepted through September 10, 2026; the window may be extended based on business needs.
