Senior Solutions & Implementation Manager

Role overview Lead technical solution design and client implementations for complex projects, serving as a primary contact from discovery and planning through testing and deployment. The role translates business, technical, security, reporting, and regulatory needs into scalable solutions while coordinating closely with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities - Design solution architectures, specifications, and implementation plans that meet client needs and relevant industry and regulatory requirements. - Lead client-facing implementation projects from initial design through testing and launch, managing milestones and delivery. - Assess complex requirements and feasibility, then work with internal and partner teams to define functional needs. - Document decisions and designs through business and solution requirements, process diagrams, and shared project records. - Review existing solutions and recommend performance improvements that protect quality and maintainability. - Advise clients and internal teams during pre-sales and implementation, explaining technical options clearly.

Requirements - At least seven years of experience as a solutions architect or in a similar role, with a record of delivering complex technical solutions. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - Familiarity with APIs and SaaS products, plus working proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Figma or Miro, Asana, Salesforce, or Azure. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and leadership skills, with careful attention to detail. - Clear written and spoken communication for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Business understanding, basic comfort with commercial terms and contracts, and willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have - Fintech experience is strongly preferred.
