Senior Product Manager, Liquidity & Money Movement

Role overview Senior Product Manager role owning the layer that moves assets in, out, and across a blockchain-based financial infrastructure used by major global institutions. The position is responsible end to end for payment rails, fiat on and off ramps, and stablecoin conversion flows that connect the business to the global banking and payments system.

Responsibilities

- Own money movement strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the infrastructure that connects the platform to global banking and payments. - Own the systems that route fiat across banking partners and payment networks at massive scale. - Design routing, failover, and coordination logic across banking partners, on and off ramps, and payment rails to maximize speed, reliability, and cost efficiency. - Work directly with large financial institutions and banking partners to build the rails and APIs needed for digital asset services. - Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to shape regulatory standards for regulated fiat movement.

Requirements

- 8 to 10 years of product management experience with a passion for transformative technology. - Direct or adjacent experience in fiat rails, payments, banking partnerships, on and off ramps, stablecoin conversion, or transaction orchestration. - Technical fluency with APIs, payment and banking integrations, and the systems behind global financial networks. - Demonstrated ability to operate independently, structure ambiguous problems quickly, and drive initiatives to results. - Data-driven approach to decision-making at massive scale. - Mission alignment around financial inclusion and broadening access to financial services.

Nice to have

- Experience with stablecoins, tokenization, or digital asset infrastructure. - Background in fintech or financial services transformation. - Understanding of global regulatory frameworks for fiat movement and digital assets.
