Product Manager & Scrum Master

Role overview Own product direction while also facilitating Scrum delivery for a cross-functional software team. The role combines customer and market insight, roadmap and backlog management, and hands-on support for planning, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The product serves digital pathology workflows and research use cases.

Responsibilities - Define and communicate product vision, then turn business goals and user needs into a prioritized roadmap. - Research users, markets, and competitors; convert findings into product requirements and actionable epics and features. - Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, keeping the backlog clear and prioritized. - Align leadership and engineering stakeholders on priorities, expectations, and releases. - Define product KPIs, maintain dashboards, and use post-release results to guide iteration. - Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; track impediments and support team improvement.

Requirements - Demonstrated product management experience, including roadmap ownership, discovery, and delivery of software features. - Practical experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile teams. - Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to build consensus across functions and negotiate priorities. - Familiarity with software development lifecycles, APIs, and user interface and experience concepts. - Ability to use product performance measures to assess outcomes and inform decisions.

Nice to have Experience with OKRs or similar goal frameworks, regulated industries, or continuous integration and DevOps practices.
