Product Engineer

Role overview This position blends hands-on software engineering with product leadership for a sensor simulation platform that supports autonomous driving, drones, eVTOL, and robotics programs. The engineer partners closely with the Chief Product Officer to prototype new features, manage ecosystem integrations, and shape the roadmap through direct customer engagement. It is a highly technical role at the intersection of AI development, simulation tooling, and product strategy.

Responsibilities - Build product prototypes for core simulation and neural reconstruction offerings, from customer discovery and feature ideation through prototyping and engineering handoff. - Design and maintain integrations with adjacent tools in the simulation ecosystem, evaluating partner products and implementing robust, maintainable connections. - Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows across autonomy, robotics, computer vision, and simulation teams, including on-site time with automotive, drone, and robotics clients. - Contribute to quarterly and long-range roadmap planning alongside product and engineering leadership, defining success metrics such as adoption, throughput, scenario coverage, and revenue impact. - Translate complex technical requests into clear product direction, distinguishing one-off asks from durable platform opportunities. - Support launch planning and enablement through documentation, demos, sales materials, release notes, and internal training.

Requirements - 3+ years of software engineering or field engineering experience delivering platform or infrastructure products at scale, ideally with API offerings. - Background working in B2B enterprise environments. - Working knowledge of machine learning frameworks, embodied AI development, and simulation concepts. - Fluency in Python and C++, plus proficiency with AI-enabled development workflows. - Entrepreneurial ownership mindset with the ability to drive products from zero through first release and beyond. - Comfort operating in ambiguous, open-ended problem spaces and structuring them into clear plans. - Willingness to travel for on-site customer engagement.

Nice to have - Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. - Engineering experience at a simulation, developer tools, autonomous systems, or physical AI company. - Familiarity with closed-loop simulation, scenario-based testing, or sensor-in-the-loop workflows. - A strong preference for working shoulder-to-shoulder with end users.
