Transformation Success Engineer (TSE)

Role overview

Guide enterprise customers through technical migrations and changes to their security operations. You’ll combine hands-on engineering with customer-facing delivery, taking ownership of transitions from data and policy setup through practitioner training and formal review of business outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Migrate customer environments from legacy systems, mapping policies and configuring data retention, APIs, and log ingestion. - Validate migration work against established design standards and troubleshoot issues that arise during cutover. - Lead hands-on workshops that help customer teams use security workflows for alert triage, incident response, and automated playbooks. - Deliver individual and group training to support adoption of platform capabilities and operational processes. - Run structured value reviews with technical stakeholders, using platform metrics to demonstrate security and efficiency outcomes. - Create reusable playbooks and technical documentation that support consistent delivery across customer engagements.

Requirements

- Professional-level technical experience in security operations infrastructure, cloud migration, or technical consulting. - Hands-on experience with security platforms or direct experience migrating from competing products. - Strong background in security automation, including command-line scripting, Python, and REST APIs for configuration or data modeling. - Ability to lead technical workshops and communicate effectively with customer practitioners and executives. - A repeatable, scalable approach to delivery, including use of automation and clear technical documentation.
