Senior GTM Engineer

Role overview

Build and operate the technical foundation behind a distributed revenue organization. This senior Revenue Operations role focuses on turning commercial strategy into dependable systems, integrations, data flows, and AI-enabled workflows that improve how pipeline is created, qualified, routed, and managed. You will work across the go-to-market technology ecosystem and help make it function as one coherent, measurable system.

Responsibilities

- Design the architecture of the go-to-market stack, including CRM data models, lifecycle stages, territory rules, routing logic, synchronization patterns, and system interfaces. - Connect CRM, enrichment, outbound, marketing automation, warehouse, and product systems using APIs, webhooks, scripts, and other integration methods. - Build AI-supported workflows for prospect research, personalization, buying-signal detection, lead scoring, and account-data enrichment. - Create automated data waterfalls that collect, clean, deduplicate, qualify, and route prospect and account information into the CRM. - Review live processes, preserve essential pipeline and reporting continuity, and introduce improvements through carefully managed migrations. - Instrument workflows with relevant metrics, quality checks, monitoring, alerting, documentation, and maintainable operating practices.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience building or operating revenue, go-to-market, sales operations, systems integration, or comparable commercial technology solutions. - Ability to work across CRM, enrichment, sequencing, marketing automation, data warehouse, and product API environments. - Practical experience with APIs, webhooks, scripting, data transformation, and automation design. - Strong understanding of commercial processes, pipeline mechanics, data quality, conversion rates, and the operational impact of automation. - Ability to evaluate where AI adds meaningful value, design reliable agentic or prompt-based workflows, and measure their output quality. - A bias toward shipping: comfortable prototyping quickly, working with real users, and iterating based on results.
