Sr. Data Solution Architect

Role overview

Shape enterprise data and AI architecture so teams can build secure, scalable solutions tied to business needs. This is a senior technical leadership role that combines long-term architecture direction with hands-on design, validation, prototyping, and implementation alongside engineering and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end architectures for data platforms, analytics, machine learning, and generative AI. - Set reusable patterns for ingestion, transformation, storage, integration, governance, and deployment. - Evaluate data, cloud, AI, and integration technologies and recommend approaches aligned with business priorities. - Partner with business leaders, engineering, applications, security, infrastructure, and analytics teams on solution design. - Participate in proofs of concept, review designs and code, troubleshoot technical issues, and support production delivery. - Advance enterprise AI strategy and governance while leading complex technology initiatives and cloud transformations.

Requirements

- 10+ years in data architecture, enterprise architecture, analytics platforms, or software engineering. - 3+ years designing AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions. - Experience with enterprise AI strategy or governance, cloud-native architecture, and large-scale cloud transformation. - Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks. - Hands-on skills in data modeling, warehousing or lakehouse design, integration, cloud platforms, and data engineering; Azure and Snowflake are specified. - Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives across business functions and stakeholder groups.

Nice to have

- A master’s degree in a relevant technical field and certifications in cloud architecture, AI, data platforms, or enterprise architecture. - Experience in healthcare, distribution, supply chain, logistics, or other regulated settings. - Familiarity with tools and practices such as Databricks, vector databases, semantic search, MLOps, Power BI, Python, SQL, CI/CD, and API or event-driven design.

Benefits and work setup
