Senior AI/ML Engineer

Role overview

Build and ship production LLM and machine learning systems that solve genuine business problems for external clients. The scope covers retrieval-augmented generation, agent design, fine-tuning, and evaluation work, with a focus on delivering solutions that perform reliably once deployed.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement RAG, agent-based, and fine-tuned LLM systems for client use cases - Build and maintain evaluation pipelines that measure real-world quality and reliability - Ship production ML and LLM solutions end to end, from scoping through operation - Work with stakeholders to understand business problems and shape the right technical approach - Iterate on models, prompts, and infrastructure based on observed production performance

Requirements

- Hands-on production experience with LLM and broader ML systems - Working familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation, agents, fine-tuning, and evaluations - Strong software engineering fundamentals and comfort owning systems through deployment - Ability to translate business needs into concrete technical designs - Experience operating models at scale in customer-facing contexts
