Role overview
Embed directly with enterprise customers to build, integrate, and ship production AI systems inside their own environments. The role sits at the intersection of hands-on engineering and real-world deployment, focused on making AI genuinely work inside client infrastructure rather than in a lab.
Responsibilities
- Build and integrate production AI systems within customer-owned environments and stacks - Translate real business problems into deployed AI solutions that meet operational requirements - Ship, configure, and operationalize models, pipelines, and supporting services on-site - Collaborate closely with client engineering and product teams throughout delivery - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and harden systems once they are live in production - Provide feedback that improves internal playbooks for future deployments
Requirements
- Solid engineering background shipping production AI or ML systems - Comfort working inside varied client environments and adapting to different infrastructure constraints - Practical experience integrating AI components into real-world products and platforms - Strong communication skills for working alongside customer teams - Willingness to engage deeply with deployment, integration, and operational concerns
