ML / AI Engineer (Intern)

Role overview Help develop low-latency voice agents by evaluating speech and language models and improving the quality and speed of audio processing. The internship combines hands-on experimentation with production engineering, and your findings will help guide which models and providers are adopted.

Responsibilities - Evaluate and benchmark newly released open-source models. - Improve production systems that affect voice quality and response latency. - Build automated evaluation pipelines used to assess model performance. - Share evidence that informs model and service integration decisions.

Requirements - A solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning; PyTorch experience is preferred. - Interest in voice AI, speech models, and audio processing. - Ability to take initiative and build solutions from the ground up. - Comfort working quickly when requirements are still taking shape.

Nice to have - Experience with Hugging Face, model fine-tuning, or text-to-speech and speech-to-text systems.
