Technical Lead

Role overview Lead architecture and hands-on implementation across cloud and AI engagements, working directly with clients on substantial engineering challenges. The role combines technical direction with delivery leadership, including helping engineering teams do their best work.

Responsibilities - Shape architecture for cloud and AI projects and guide implementation decisions. - Work directly with clients to understand and solve complex engineering problems. - Build and manage cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools. - Apply strong Git, CI/CD, and release engineering practices to delivery. - Lead and mentor engineering teams through technical work.

Requirements - At least 10 years of software engineering experience. - At least 5 years operating production cloud environments on AWS or Azure. - Hands-on infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep. - Expert knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and modern release engineering. - Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
