Full-Stack Product Engineer

Role overview A small, early-stage product team is hiring a full-stack generalist with strong product instincts to own a consumer and partner-facing platform end to end. The platform spans web and mobile experiences, an API and data layer, and AI-powered features that help people discover venues, drinks, and food while also serving venue operators and brand partners. The work is broad rather than narrow, with a clear expectation of shipping real product to real users alongside the founding team.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain web applications with React and Next.js, covering both consumer-facing experiences and internal or partner-facing tools. - Develop a React Native mobile app (Expo) including native device features that make the experience feel native. - Design and ship features end to end across the API, data model, and UI layers, from screen to persistence. - Own product surfaces such as discovery, ordering, loyalty, reviews, and campaign tooling across desktop and mobile. - Handle foundational details like authentication, permissions, and the small UX touches that make flows feel polished. - Translate fuzzy founder and customer context into clear, shipped increments rather than a backlog of half-finished branches.

Requirements - Strong coding ability beyond glue scripts, with daily use of AI tools to amplify output and the judgment to know when AI-generated work is wrong. - Genuine full-stack fluency: ability to move between a mobile screen, an API endpoint, and a data model in the same afternoon without losing context. - Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, React Native, and a modern TypeScript codebase in a monorepo setup. - Comfort with a changing stack and a willingness to learn new frameworks and tools quickly. - Strong product taste: sketching user workflows before writing code, caring about how software feels in a hand or on a screen, and asking "should we build this?" before "how do we build this?"

Nice to have - Experience building AI-powered product features and working with LLMs. - Familiarity with on-chain loyalty, rewards, wallets, or other web3 or token-based systems. - Product analytics experience and using data to prioritize what to build next.
