Senior Software Developer (Node.js/Python)

Role overview Develop backend services and AI-enabled systems for a connected business platform in the electric motorcycle sector. You’ll help bring Python-based AI capabilities into production through Python and Node.js services and APIs, while shaping architecture and improving how the platform serves internal teams and customers. The work involves close collaboration with AI, product, frontend, QA, DevOps, and external partners.

Responsibilities - Build, operate, and maintain web services and APIs, primarily in Python and Node.js. - Help operationalize Python AI tools by integrating them into production backends alongside AI engineers. - Make architecture decisions that balance scalability, performance, and maintainability. - Investigate and resolve production issues, and maintain clear technical documentation in English. - Uphold coding standards and recommend tools or product improvements as needs evolve. - Coordinate and prioritize technical work, communicate progress, and mentor teammates.

Requirements - Seven or more years of experience designing, building, and operating production software. - Strong backend development experience with Python and Node.js, or comparable specialized stacks. - Ability to make sound architecture decisions and maintain stable, extensible code. - Experience troubleshooting production systems and collaborating across technical and product teams. - Strong written and spoken English for documentation and team communication.
