Product Launch Manager

Role overview

Coordinate the launch of a new connected product experience that works with a mobile app, guiding execution from beta testing through wider availability. The role brings hardware, software, manufacturing, marketing, operations, and customer experience teams together around shared plans, milestones, and launch readiness.

Responsibilities

- Build and manage the overall launch schedule, deliverables, and milestones across functions. - Align beta and broader release activities, dependencies, and team readiness. - Coordinate production timelines with manufacturing partners and prepare internal teams for key dates. - Track risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies, working with partners to resolve issues early. - Clarify ownership and priorities, monitor readiness, and keep launch work moving day to day. - Communicate status, decisions, risks, and upcoming milestones; escalate complex trade-offs when leadership input is needed.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related area, or equivalent practical experience. - At least four years in program or project management, product launches, or similar cross-functional work. - Experience working with physical or hardware products. - Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders. - Clear communication and sound judgment when resolving execution issues and escalating decisions.
