Senior Technical Trainer — AI / DevOps Remote, worldwide

Role overview Create and teach a practical course on applying AI tools and agents to DevOps work. You’ll combine hands-on infrastructure experience with clear instruction, developing lessons and labs with a curriculum team. The engagement begins as a paid course project and may lead to further projects or a full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities - Plan course sections, lessons, and hands-on exercises with curriculum specialists. - Write specifications for labs, then test the completed exercises. - Script and narrate short, engaging video lessons, using your own voice and teaching style. - Record demonstrations and walkthroughs of lab solutions. - Incorporate structured editorial feedback into the course.

Requirements - Practical experience building and operating infrastructure using Linux, containers, Kubernetes, a major cloud platform, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code. - Current experience using AI in engineering, such as coding assistants, AI agents, or LLM-based automation. - Strong written and spoken English, with confidence presenting on camera. - A demonstrated interest in teaching through courses, tutorials, talks, workshops, mentoring, or similar work. - Ability to make complex technical topics clear and approachable for beginners. - Willingness to follow an established teaching approach and respond to editorial feedback.

Nice to have - Published online courses or a technical book. - Conference talks, a video channel, a technical blog, or participation in a developer community. - Kubernetes or major cloud certifications.
