Partner Solution Consultant

Role overview Support the growth and technical readiness of an enterprise end-user computing (EUC) partner network across the DACH region. You will advise partner teams on digital workspace solutions, help them develop customer opportunities, and connect their needs with internal product and sales teams. The position is remote in Germany, with regular partner visits and substantial travel.

Responsibilities - Learn each partner’s business and go-to-market plans, and build relationships with architects, presales staff, delivery leads, and consultants. - Help partners develop and deliver product demonstrations, and provide tailored technical and sales enablement. - Track partner training, certifications, implementation readiness, and progress on partner-owned opportunities. - Guide technical validation and share opportunity status, forecasts, and next steps with sales leadership. - Bring partner feedback to product and other internal teams, and coordinate partner briefings, reviews, campaigns, and events.

Requirements - Professional fluency in German and working proficiency in spoken and written English. - At least three years of experience in end-user computing; deeper presales or technology delivery experience is desirable. - Experience across at least two EUC areas, such as desktop virtualization, device management, identity, endpoint security, operating systems, or cloud services. - Knowledge of enterprise architecture and experience with subscription go-to-market models or customer adoption. - Strong presentation, demonstration, listening, and objection-handling skills, with the ability to advise both technical and executive audiences. - Able to work independently, manage relationships and priorities, and travel frequently, including around Europe and occasionally to the United States.

Nice to have Experience in the EUC partner ecosystem is desirable. Relevant areas in the source include virtual desktop platforms, mobile and physical device management, Windows deployment, identity and access management, zero-trust security, endpoint protection, and cloud services.
