Role overview A senior product leader is needed to own the vision, strategy, and delivery of a professional-grade trading experience aimed at active and sophisticated market participants. The scope spans advanced market analysis, charting, order execution, position and risk management, workspace customization, and select automation capabilities. The role partners closely with engineering, design, data, quantitative research, risk, and compliance to ship a reliable, high-performance trading environment.
Responsibilities - Define and drive the product roadmap for professional trading tools and the end-to-end trading journey, from opportunity discovery through post-trade review. - Build deep insight into how professional traders work, including workflows, behaviors, and pain points, through structured user research and competitive analysis. - Lead development of market analysis, order placement, execution quality, position monitoring, account visibility, and customizable workspace features. - Identify opportunities for advanced automation that improve efficiency while keeping traders in control of execution decisions. - Set product success metrics, instrument the experience, and use behavioral and trading data to guide priorities and measure impact. - Manage cross-functional trade-offs, dependencies, and delivery risks, and communicate strategy and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Requirements - 5-7+ years of product management experience delivering complex, user-facing products end to end. - Hands-on background building professional trading tools, terminals, charting or market-data products, execution systems, or trading automation solutions. - Working knowledge of electronic trading workflows, including market data, order placement and execution, position management, margin, P&L, and risk controls. - Familiarity with leading professional platforms such as TradingView, 3Commas, Bookmap, ATAS, Quantower, or comparable alternatives. - Strong product judgment with the ability to weigh customer value, usability, technical complexity, business impact, operational risk, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, remote-friendly environment.
Nice to have - Experience with crypto spot, perpetual futures, options, CEX, DEX, or on-chain trading products. - Personal experience as an active trader or hands-on familiarity with algorithmic execution and exchange connectivity. - Background building products across web, desktop, and mobile trading environments. - Working knowledge of exchange APIs, real-time market-data infrastructure, or broker and exchange integrations. - Academic background in a technical, quantitative, engineering, economics, finance, or mathematics discipline.
