Security Product Owner

Role overview Take ownership of a security product from direction through delivery. You will turn practical security needs into a roadmap, work with cross-functional teams to ship improvements and use evidence of adoption and outcomes to guide what comes next.

Responsibilities - Set and maintain the product vision, roadmap and backlog for an assigned security product. - Convert operational security insights into clear, prioritised requirements and user stories. - Work with engineering, security and design colleagues to shape and deliver product improvements. - Speak with clients and internal teams to understand and validate problems before development starts. - Refine the backlog, plan sprints and manage scope, quality and delivery timelines. - Track adoption and outcomes, using what you learn to adjust priorities and the roadmap.

Requirements - At least three years of product owner or product manager experience, ideally with a technical or B2B SaaS product. - Evidence of taking products from initial concept through release and achieving user adoption and measurable outcomes. - Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and weigh technical trade-offs. - Strong prioritisation, writing and stakeholder-management skills. - Enough cybersecurity knowledge to guide a security product with credibility. - Fluent English; Latvian is an advantage.

Nice to have - Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS or developer tools. - Practical agile delivery experience with tools such as Jira or Linear. - A technical or design background.
