Solutions Engineer

Role overview Help security and platform teams evaluate and adopt technical solutions during customer pilots. The role combines hands-on technical guidance with customer advocacy, supporting integrations and translating operational needs into a successful deployment. Work may include on-site periods during active pilots.

Responsibilities - Advise security and platform teams as they assess the solution in pilots. - Support technical evaluation, deployment, and integration activities. - Understand customer requirements and help map them to product capabilities. - Coordinate with internal teams to address questions and unblock pilot work. - Advocate for customer needs throughout the evaluation process.

Requirements - Be based in Kuala Lumpur or the Klang Valley and already authorized to work in Malaysia. - Be able to work remotely within the area and attend the local office when needed. - Be willing to travel for on-site pilot engagements, which may last up to three weeks. - Full-time is offered; part-time arrangements may also be considered.

Nice to have - Experience integrating language model providers or model gateways. - Background in application security, DevSecOps, or compliance tools. - Experience in an early-stage startup and comfort working through ambiguity.
