About this role
Role overview A senior solutions architect role supporting top EMEA AI research organizations and AI-native companies on large-scale distributed training and model alignment. The position bridges cutting-edge research and production engineering, guiding customers through the most challenging infrastructure and algorithmic problems in foundation model training.
Responsibilities - Build and manage strategic technical relationships with leading EMEA model builders developing large-scale foundation models - Collaborate with customers to define the software stack and infrastructure for large-scale training and post-training workflows, including reinforcement learning - Serve as the go-to expert on distributed training strategies, guiding customers through efficient training and post-training recipes - Help customers optimize training and fine-tuning efficiency at scale, covering GPU utilization, communication overlap, and memory management - Work with internal product and research teams to surface customer needs and influence the roadmap - Energize the developer community through hackathons, demos, and technical conferences
Requirements - MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience - 7+ years of practical experience in distributed AI training, including direct involvement with HPC or AI environments running multi-node GPU clusters - Solid understanding of training infrastructure and how it affects efficiency and scalability - Strong proficiency with Megatron-LM, NeMo, or equivalent distributed training frameworks - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both research scientists and infrastructure engineers
Nice to have - Experience fine-tuning with reinforcement learning techniques such as RLVR or RLHF at scale - Familiarity with LatentMoE, expert load balancing, and speculative decoding for MoE inference - Prior experience in an AI datacenter, HPC center, national lab, or frontier AI lab environment - Published work or open-source contributions in distributed training
Benefits and work setup Highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, with a Poland-specific base salary range of 292,500 PLN to 507,000 PLN based on location, experience, and internal pay equity.
