About this role
Role overview Lead delivery of an internal Technology Operations program portfolio covering the platforms, endpoints, and collaboration tools that every employee depends on at a fast-scaling AI infrastructure company. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Technology Operations, this individual contributor role combines hands-on program management with enough technical depth to challenge plans and build lightweight execution mechanisms.
Responsibilities - Own end-to-end delivery of the Technology Operations program portfolio, including device management platform migrations, global office build-outs, and productivity tooling transformation. - Run large-scale technology implementation, migration, and remediation projects covering pilot groups, rollout waves, rollback criteria, cutover runbooks, and early-life support. - Translate technical designs into delivery plans, maintaining accurate program documentation, decision records, and delivery artifacts. - Define and enforce delivery and reporting standards for technical projects, aligning with Corporate Engineering and Information Security. - Run weekly program reviews, manage roadmap tracking, and drive blockers and escalations to resolution. - Build intake and prioritization mechanisms that clarify what is in progress, what is deferred, and what risk is being accepted. - Maintain a single executive-ready portfolio view and translate technical detail into clear business impact. - Use device inventory, enrollment state, licensing, and ticket data to automate reporting and surface slippage early.
Requirements - Six or more years of experience in technical program management, IT program delivery, or corporate or enterprise engineering. - Demonstrated delivery of large-scale endpoint, identity, or collaboration platform migrations across complex or distributed environments. - Hands-on familiarity with identity, device management, productivity, and other core workplace technologies. - Strong change management and end-user communication skills, with attention to adoption and support readiness. - Experience defining delivery standards, reporting frameworks, or operating mechanisms adopted beyond the immediate team. - Ability to translate technical detail into clear executive-level reporting.
Nice to have - Experience in a fast-growing international technology, cloud, infrastructure, or AI organization. - Background working alongside Enterprise Security and Identity teams on device posture, conditional access, MFA, or local admin reduction. - Comfort querying platform data to automate reporting. - Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or Cyber Essentials Plus. - Experience using AI or automation to improve program tracking, reporting, or corporate engineering operations.
Benefits and work setup - Highly competitive US compensation package including base, bonus, and equity, with performance reviews every 12 months. - Base salary range of $180,000 to $210,000 USD, with potential eligibility for bonus, equity, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation. - Flexible workplace that emphasizes autonomy and trust in delivery.
