Requirements - Current, hands-on software engineering experience with regular coding and technical review responsibilities. - At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience and 3+ years working with platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE practices. - Experience owning technical direction, people management, or both, with readiness to combine the responsibilities. - Comfort serving as the final technical decision-maker without a separate technical lead. - Experience with distributed systems and cloud or platform technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, secrets management, observability tools, CI/CD, relational databases, messaging systems, or caches. - Knowledge of microservice architectures, effective collaboration, written and verbal communication, and agile delivery practices.
