Senior Product Designer

Role overview Lead product design from early discovery through delivery across desktop, mobile, and responsive experiences. The work spans customer conversations, product strategy, prototyping, and implementation for a broad customer experience platform, including onboarding, commerce, administration, and AI-powered capabilities. Designers work closely with product and engineering partners and use research and measurement to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities - Lead design initiatives end to end, shaping product direction with product managers and engineers and challenging assumptions when needed. - Speak with customers, gather feedback, and translate their needs into flows, journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs. - Create high-fidelity, functional prototypes using AI-assisted workflows to validate ideas and iterate quickly. - Partner with engineering during implementation, reviewing generated frontend work and helping refine the delivered experience. - Contribute to shared design standards, reusable components, and design system improvements across products. - Use research, analytics, experimentation, and usability testing to guide improvements; share responsible AI design and development practices with the team.

Requirements - Six or more years designing digital products, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software. - A current portfolio showing product thinking, interaction and visual design, accessibility, systems thinking, and measurable customer impact. - Experience leading complex product work from discovery through implementation and influencing direction amid ambiguity. - Ability to design production-ready desktop, mobile, and responsive experiences. - Experience building or evolving design systems, reusable components, and component libraries. - Strong user-centered design, information architecture, usability testing, experimentation, and data-informed design skills, with experience in customer discovery and close engineering partnership. - Proficiency with modern AI-powered design and development tools.
