Requirements - Staff-level or tech lead experience as a Data Scientist, ideally in social media or consumer technology - Master's degree or Ph.D. in Statistics - Demonstrated expertise in non-randomized A/B testing, network testing, and advanced causal inference methods - Experience owning end-to-end product analytics, from opportunity identification and strategy through launch and measurement - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and adjacent partners, plus the ability to operate as an autonomous technical leader - Expert proficiency in SQL and Python, including scientific computing packages such as numpy, pandas, and scikit-learn - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses to executives and varied audiences

Benefits and work setup - Base salary range of approximately $190,000 to $283,000 annualized, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, proficiency level, and geographic location - Meaningful equity grant with quarterly vesting, beginning within roughly three months of start date - Choice of health plans, including an option that is fully covered for employees only, plus a concierge-style primary care membership - Hybrid work model blending in-office and remote time, with offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, New York, and London
