Power BI Developer / Lead

Role overview This is a senior-level position focused on building business intelligence solutions for finance and sales stakeholders. The work centers on designing Power BI dashboards, modeling complex datasets, and automating reporting processes that surface KPIs for distributed teams. The role combines hands-on dashboard craft with cross-functional collaboration to turn raw data into accessible insight.

Responsibilities - Design and build visually engaging Power BI dashboards for remote collaboration and client presentations, including work in Power Apps - Partner with finance and sales teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business questions into data models - Develop and optimize data models that represent complex financial and sales information for reporting and analysis - Implement automated reporting workflows to improve visualization efficiency for distributed teams - Integrate data from diverse source systems into Power BI to support comprehensive analysis

Requirements - 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including significant remote Power BI development work and a strong project portfolio - Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and modern data modeling techniques - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently - Excellent communication skills for conveying complex data insights to non-technical audiences - Comfort operating in a dynamic, fully remote environment
