This position invites developers with a working foundation to step into production work on real client and internal products. The role spans both frontend interfaces and backend services, with senior engineers providing mentorship as responsibilities expand. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain features across the frontend and backend stack - Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces that work across devices - Connect applications to APIs, databases, and third-party integrations - Diagnose and resolve bugs while improving existing application behavior - Write clean, readable code and participate in peer code reviews - Use Git and GitHub for version control and team collaboration - Test work before submission and follow established development standards
Requirements
- C1-C2 level English with strong spoken and written communication skills - Solid grasp of JavaScript and modern web development practices - Frontend experience with React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript - Basic backend exposure to Node.js, Python, or similar runtimes - Familiarity with REST APIs and relational or NoSQL databases - Ability to debug problems independently and learn from feedback - Comfort working remotely with an international team and reliable high-speed internet

- Previous professional or internship experience in software development - Interest in taking on broader responsibility as skills mature
