Full-Stack Developer (NXJ-215)

Role overview

Build and maintain software for a large-scale mobile security platform, with a focus on backend services and production issue investigation. The work spans feature development, performance improvements, and root-cause analysis of complex problems found in enterprise environments. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to turn technical findings into durable product fixes.

Responsibilities

- Investigate and resolve complex production issues in large backend systems. - Update and extend a large codebase across Java, Node.js, TypeScript, and React. - Convert customer-reported problems and operational findings into lasting product or system improvements. - Improve APIs, data processing, and server-side performance across distributed services. - Use debugging, logs, and profiling to identify root causes under operational time constraints. - Coordinate with support, quality assurance, product, and engineering colleagues on fixes and product improvements.

Requirements

- A computer science or engineering degree, or equivalent software development training. - Around 1–2 years of experience with Java, Node.js, TypeScript, and React, including work in a substantial codebase. - Experience with Unix environments and Bash. - Understanding of server-side software, distributed systems, APIs, and database interactions. - Practical experience with debugging, log analysis, performance profiling, and root-cause investigation. - Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Agile practices. - Clear written and spoken English, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain technical issues to customers and colleagues. - A collaborative, customer-focused approach and ownership of production issues.

Nice to have

Knowledge of endpoint or network security and enterprise IT environments is useful. The work offers exposure to security software, large-scale infrastructure, and cross-functional international teams.
