AI Project Manager Intern

Role overview Join a remote internship supporting the delivery of AI projects for enterprise clients. Working alongside experienced project managers, you will gain hands-on exposure to how technical AI initiatives are scoped, managed, and shipped, with meaningful responsibility from day one.

Responsibilities

- Help plan, track, and coordinate AI project workstreams and timelines - Draft project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes for internal and client audiences - Coordinate tasks across engineering, data, and client teams to keep delivery on track - Surface risks, blockers, and dependencies early and escalate them appropriately - Contribute ideas for improving internal delivery processes and tooling

Requirements

- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a BSc or MSc in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Genuine interest in AI/ML and how it translates into business value - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Clear written and verbal communication in English - Comfortable working independently in a remote-first setup - Working hours roughly aligned with CET (±2–3 hours)

Nice to have

- Prior internship or project experience in tech, consulting, or startups - Basic familiarity with ML concepts or data workflows - Working knowledge of German
