Solutions Architect, Healthcare AI

Role overview Shape and deliver AI solutions that address operational needs in healthcare. You will work with customers to understand their workflows, translate requirements into technical designs, and guide implementations from early discovery through ongoing delivery.

Responsibilities - Design end-to-end AI solutions for healthcare customers. - Lead customer conversations to uncover workflows, constraints, and requirements. - Develop technical architectures and integration plans for customer environments. - Run technical discovery and scope prospective implementations. - Coordinate with engineering teams to support successful delivery. - Advise customers through the implementation lifecycle and develop reusable approaches, roadmaps, and outcome measures.

Requirements - Strong technical foundation and experience in customer-facing work. - Background in healthcare technology or enterprise software. - Ability to design solutions amid ambiguity and evolving requirements. - Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. - Ownership mindset and focus on execution.

Nice to have - Familiarity with healthcare systems and standards, including EHR, revenue cycle management, HL7, or FHIR.
