Senior Software Engineer, Platform

Role overview Build the platform infrastructure that lets AI products run reliably within healthcare workflows. The work spans backend services, APIs, integrations, security, and developer tooling, with responsibility for the reliability and performance of core components.

Responsibilities - Design and develop scalable platform APIs, services, and microservices. - Build integrations with healthcare and revenue cycle systems, including EHR, HL7, and FHIR environments. - Create data ingestion and processing pipelines for production use. - Implement authentication, authorization, audit capabilities, and infrastructure designed to meet HIPAA requirements. - Develop automation and internal tools for software development and deployment. - Partner with AI and product teams, and take ownership of platform reliability and performance.

Requirements - At least five years of backend or platform engineering experience. - Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or a comparable programming language. - Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP, and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems. - Understanding of security practices and compliance requirements. - Clear communication and high engineering standards.
