Forward Deployed Engineer (India)

Role overview Take AI systems from a core platform into live healthcare environments, working across engineering, customer delivery, and healthcare operations. Based in India and remote-capable, the role owns deployments from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization, helping ensure integrations work reliably in customer workflows.

Responsibilities - Serve as the technical link between engineering teams and customer environments. - Work with healthcare operators, IT teams, and leaders to understand workflows and implementation constraints. - Deploy and configure AI solutions within EHR, revenue cycle, and other enterprise healthcare systems. - Translate customer needs into scalable implementations and own delivery through go-live and post-launch improvements. - Build integrations, data pipelines, deployment tooling, and monitoring or feedback mechanisms. - Troubleshoot data, integration, and performance issues across pilots and production rollouts.

Requirements - Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on delivery experience. - Backend development experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies. - Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud-native systems. - Comfort working directly with customers in ambiguous, real-world environments. - Ability to balance delivery speed with reliability and communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have - Exposure to EHR or revenue cycle platforms, HL7, or FHIR.
