Role overview Analyze clinical and operational healthcare data to uncover patterns, measure outcomes, and inform product decisions. The role combines statistical analysis, experimentation, predictive modeling, and reporting for both internal teams and healthcare customers.
Responsibilities - Explore healthcare data to identify useful patterns and operational opportunities. - Build dashboards and reporting tools for customer and internal use. - Develop statistical models to assess product impact and return on investment. - Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments. - Turn findings into recommendations for healthcare operations and product improvements. - Work with product and engineering teams to incorporate insights into features.
Requirements - Strong grounding in statistics and data analysis. - Experience using SQL, Python, and data visualization tools. - Ability to work through ambiguity in real-world data and business settings. - Skill in communicating analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences. - Ownership and follow-through in delivering useful analysis.
Nice to have - Knowledge of healthcare data or domain experience.
