Salesforce Project Manager

Role overview Project management role focused on Salesforce platform implementations and AI-driven digital service solutions for mid-market and enterprise customers. The position combines day-to-day delivery leadership with client-facing consulting, working alongside solution architects and consultants to translate business outcomes into scoped, measurable engagements.

Responsibilities - Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to keep engagements on track. - Drive implementation of high-quality AI and digital service solutions on the Salesforce platform. - Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building strong customer relationships. - Lead or co-lead status meetings with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders. - Facilitate outcomes and business objectives sessions at kickoff, then track and report progress against defined success metrics. - Support requirements ownership, user story creation, grooming sessions, user acceptance testing coordination, and end-user training readiness.

Requirements - 5+ years of project management experience with packaged software or custom development implementations on the Salesforce platform. - Background in a professional services or consulting environment. - Experience applying Agile approaches to project management. - Hands-on work with Salesforce.com as a project manager or scrum leader. - Experience with estimation, sizing, and SOW or change order contracting. - Demonstrated ability facilitating requirements sessions, writing or grooming user stories, and presenting functional content to client stakeholders. - Certified Salesforce Administrator with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have - Hybrid background spanning roles such as Solution Architect, Product Owner, Functional or Technical Consultant, or Business Analyst. - Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently address VP and Director-level stakeholders. - Experience overseeing blueprint and implementation projects that include AI or generative AI components.
