Role overview
A senior product leadership role owning the credit card shopping and comparison experience for a personal finance platform used by millions of consumers. The position blends product strategy with hands-on execution, partnering across performance marketing, organic content, engineering, and data to grow both paid and organic acquisition surfaces. This posting is for candidates based in Canada, outside Quebec.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the roadmap for paid and organic credit card experiences, connecting product priorities to consumer needs and business goals - Use market insights, competitive research, and consumer research to identify opportunities and shape new product experiences - Partner with performance marketing to design, test, and optimize paid-channel experiences against conversion and acquisition metrics - Define and monitor key product metrics, using experimentation including A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion - Apply AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle to accelerate research, prototyping, validation, and delivery, and turn effective workflows into reusable tools - Collaborate with engineering, design, data, content, and marketing to ship product enhancements and new experiences - Support organic and SEO-driven surfaces that help consumers discover and evaluate credit card offers - Build integrations with external partners that enhance consumer-facing functionality - Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative, learning-oriented culture
Requirements
- Five or more years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, consumer finance, or a related domain - Track record of owning, launching, and improving consumer products with measurable impact - Experience leading products that grow through SEO and paid marketing channels with accountability for conversion rate, cost per acquisition, or return on ad spend - Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority - Hands-on experience using AI tools, including agentic coding assistants or rapid prototyping platforms, to ship working prototypes and reusable solutions - Strong analytical skills, with experience using A/B testing and user research to inform product decisions - Comfort partnering with engineering teams and working with API integrations and technical workflows
