Responsibilities

- Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction - Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, technical requirements, and current challenges - Conduct in-depth technical assessments and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization - Design and architect solutions using a range of technologies and platforms, then deliver hands-on implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting - Mentor junior consulting engineers and provide technical guidance across the team - Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Develop and deliver technical training sessions and workshops for clients - Create and maintain documentation including project plans, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) - Proven experience as a Consulting Engineer or in a similar client-facing technical role - Strong understanding of networking, security, cloud, and infrastructure technologies - Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences - Hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting in client environments - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
