Responsibilities - Define and evolve the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritisation for offerings serving the justice and enforcement market. - Partner with sales, presales, and bid teams to shape compelling solutions, demos, and proposals for prospective clients. - Gather and synthesise customer, market, and regulatory insights to inform product direction and competitive positioning. - Collaborate with engineering, design, and delivery teams to ensure releases meet agreed scope, quality, and customer outcomes. - Act as a subject-matter lead during client workshops, requirements sessions, and executive presentations.
Requirements - Demonstrable experience in product management, presales, or a hybrid commercial-product role within a technology or software environment. - Familiarity with the justice, law enforcement, or wider public sector technology landscape, including how procurement and compliance shape delivery. - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly to technical teams, sales colleagues, and senior client stakeholders. - A track record of translating customer problems into product plans, user stories, or solution designs that ship to market. - Comfort working remotely with distributed teams, and able to operate independently while coordinating across functions.
