Solutions Engineer - London or Remote

Role overview Guide enterprise customers through the technical journey of adopting an AI analytics platform, from early evaluation and pilot design through deployment, ongoing use, and account growth. You’ll partner with sales teams to address technical objections, show how customer AI deployments can deliver measurable value, and turn field experience into product improvements. The position combines customer-facing architecture work with commercial ownership.

Responsibilities - Partner with sales colleagues to progress technically complex enterprise opportunities. - Lead customer pilots from setup through value demonstration, building the technical case for adoption. - Deliver product demonstrations to both technical audiences and senior business stakeholders. - Discover each customer’s AI stack, data infrastructure, security needs, and deployment constraints. - Design integration and deployment approaches for cloud or on-premises environments. - Track adoption, address risks, support value realization, and work with sales on account expansion. - Bring customer requirements and field insights to product and engineering teams.

Requirements - At least five years in a solutions architect, sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical account role within B2B software. - Strong familiarity with enterprise observability, monitoring, or analytics infrastructure. - Clear communication skills across executive, customer, and infrastructure engineering audiences. - Commercial judgment and an understanding of how technical outcomes support revenue and account growth. - Solid knowledge of large language models, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments. - Confidence discussing deployment architecture with senior technical stakeholders and willingness to travel about 20% of the time.

Nice to have - Experience with self-hosted or on-premises enterprise deployments. - Startup or early-stage experience, including creating processes where few existed. - Additional language skills.
