About this role
Role overview Build end-to-end product features spanning web frontend and backend services. The role focuses on turning complex operational workflows into fast, reliable, and secure user experiences in a modern cloud-native stack, partnering closely with product and design.
Responsibilities - Own features from specification through production across the full stack. - Design and implement REST/GraphQL APIs, services, and data models. - Build responsive, accessible user interfaces with reusable component patterns. - Add real-time functionality such as live updates and notifications where appropriate. - Write reliable unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, automated through CI/CD. - Instrument observability (logs, metrics, traces), harden authentication and authorization, and collaborate on scoping, code review, documentation, and production operations with an on-call mindset.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. - 7+ years building and shipping full-stack web applications. - Proficiency with a modern frontend framework such as React plus TypeScript and component-driven development. - Server-side experience with Node.js or Python, including API design and integration. - Strong grasp of relational databases (SQL, schema design, migrations) and caching concepts. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment basics, plus security-aware development practices.
Nice to have - Experience with Next.js (SSR/ISR), state management, and performance profiling. - Background in multi-tenant SaaS concepts (roles, permissions, tenant boundaries). - Real-time patterns using WebSockets or pub/sub and event-driven architectures. - Experience with Postgres, Redis, time-series or analytics workloads. - Familiarity with Supabase, Firebase, or similar BaaS platforms. - Cloud experience (Oracle, AWS, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code, plus exposure to data visualization in product UIs.
