Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities - Build and deploy production systems used by large enterprise retail and commerce customers - Work directly with customer engineering, operations, and leadership teams to scope and ship solutions - Take new products from initial concept through live deployment and ongoing operation - Design and extend core infrastructure that underpins global delivery orchestration across fleets, APIs, and integrations - Partner with product and AI teammates to influence direction across the North America region - Debug real-world logistics workflows spanning multiple courier, fleet, and integration surfaces

Requirements - 4+ years of experience building and shipping production software - Strong background with APIs, backend systems, or platform integrations - Comfort moving between hands-on coding, customer problem solving, and architecture decisions - Bias toward speed, iteration, and ownership of outcomes - Clear communicator able to work directly with operators, CTOs, and executives - Motivation to build software that touches physical-world operations at scale
