Full-Stack & Mobile Engineer

Role overview Develop a product experience across web and mobile, taking features from customer need through implementation and release. The work spans user interfaces, backend services and data, with opportunities to contribute to the product’s real-time and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain web application features such as workflow editing, call analytics, billing and partner tools. - Develop a companion mobile app using a suitable native or cross-platform stack. - Deliver features across the stack, from interface through database and backend services. - Turn customer needs into requirements, ship solutions and assess whether they are useful. - Support development and deployment practices, and take part in code reviews, technical discussions and architecture planning.

Requirements - Practical experience in web or mobile development; candidates at junior through senior levels are considered. - Proficiency with Next.js, React and TypeScript. - Experience building mobile apps with Expo/React Native, Swift or a comparable technology. - Written and spoken English for work in a distributed team; German is a plus. - Ability to work independently, ask questions about product needs and take ownership of features.

Nice to have - Tailwind CSS, Prisma, PostgreSQL or Supabase. - Python and FastAPI for backend work; Docker or Kubernetes fundamentals. - Experience with real-time features, audio or AI products.
