Senior Data Engineer (Rust)

Role overview A senior data engineering role focused on Rust-based development, supporting engineering and IT initiatives across an international service region. Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and processing systems using Rust - Develop high-performance data components, services, and tooling - Contribute to the architecture, scalability, and reliability of data infrastructure - Collaborate with engineering stakeholders to deliver production-ready data solutions - Support the operational health, monitoring, and optimization of existing data systems - Apply systems-level thinking to data engineering challenges

Requirements - Demonstrated senior-level experience in data engineering or a closely related discipline - Strong proficiency with the Rust programming language - Familiarity with data pipeline architecture and modern data processing patterns - Eligibility and setup to work remotely from Poland - Comfort collaborating within engineering and IT teams - Understanding of performance, concurrency, and systems-level concerns
